Draconic Codex is a small but powerful Minecraft Forge mod that expands on the concept of Quark’s Ancient Tomes by introducing a new tier of enchantment enhancement: +2 above vanilla limits.

Draconic Codex includes customizable settings to tweak gameplay balance. A config file is automatically generated the first time you launch Minecraft with the mod installed.
