This simply makes players unable to drop items and gives them back to them. The best scenario to use this in is multiplayer servers or in minigames, but it works in singleplayer too.
You can combine this with my other mod "No Block Placing For You!" which makes players also unable to place blocks and "No Block Breaking For You!" which makes players unable to break blocks.
