Fixes MorphV2's system for detecting modded mobs differences so that way more variants now provide morphs.
Also adds some positive and negative potion effects (not usable in survival)
Morph Sickness - Unable to open the morph menu
Naturally Superior - Hostile mobs wont target you while unmorphed
Hyperactive - Standing still causes growing damage over time
