A small Forge mod for Minecraft 1.7.10 which prevents Mattocks and other dual-use Tinker's Construct shovel tools from spawning DireSlimes (aka Kndrel Keghts).
I have only tested it with Tinker's Construct version 1.8.8, but it should probably work with other versions.
The full license text is packaged inside of the jar file. Here's a summary of the terms:
