Core project for all my mods, LypakaUtils adds my configuration loaders that every one of my mods use for their config files. There's also a bunch of other handy methods in there I use quite frequently for things like text formatting and ItemStack builders. There's also my own permission handling system in there that only my mods will support. In short, mostly just due to the configuration loaders, if you use any mod of mine you NEED to have this installed.
