This is a simple server-side Fabric mod that makes it so you need the same amount of xp to gain each level. It's balanced around level thirty, so it takes about the same amount of xp to get to 30 as it does in vanilla. That means each level takes 46 xp, which is about what it takes to go from level 17 to 18.
