This mod was made for a modpack I contributed to. It limits the amount of enchantments which can be applied using the anvil. The amount can be changed in the config file.
Known issues:
-Upgrading an enchantments level is not possible if the enchantment cap is already reached
-May conflict with other anvil changing mods e.g. pi tweaks.
