This mod allows creating creative tabs through JSON files. Due to the main intention being the replacement of the vanilla tab layout, all vanilla tabs are removed from the creative inventory as soon as a single creative tab definition file is present. It is however possible to selectively reinstate these through tab definition files.

A set of example definitions reinstating the pre-1.19.3 tab layout is available as a ZIP on the GitHub repository. The ZIP file needs to be unpacked and the contents placed in the jsontabs folder that is created when the game is started with the mod for the first time.
Note: This mod will not be updated beyond 1.19.4 due to technical changes in Minecraft itself!
