Hello, Welcome in Ice & Skills mod, knowed too as QBNmod. It's my first mod that adds skills, Ults, totems that works like items in League of Legends, 2 new dimensions, tools, items, ores new mobs, miniboss and Boss etc.
Mod is now in early access version and will be frequently updated. It work for only 1.16.5 version
I recommend using the mod together with the not enough items mod
Together with the modification you download a pdf file with full instructions and explanation of how the mod works
