This mod is quite simple, it adds a block like the FTB task screen that can be used inline to measure throughput of items, fluids and energy for a custom quest task.
All the parameters for the throughput requirements are customisable when creating quests, you can change the number of seconds the throughput needs to be sustained, the window for measuring the rate (longer window means it takes longer to update the rate but will smooth out the rate more) and of course the rate the player needs to maintain.
