Would you enjoy being able to find more varied but equally helpful animals, who you could tame and befriend? If that's the case, then maybe you should try Friendly Guardian Pets mod, a small project that adds 10 new mobs who spawn all around the overworld. All of them are tameable and are ready to fight beside you and cover your back. But don't worry as the friendship goes both ways, as you will be also able to cure them and power them up with a few new nifty items.
