Adds 3 new blocks that allow you to disenchant and store enchants and enchant again from the storage.
First you have the Disenchanter this block allows you to disenchant items in the top slot that will go into the next block the Enchantment Storage. You are able to throw items into the top like a hopper and they will either end up in the bottom slot or if using a hopper end up in the hopper. Last you have the Enchanter this allows you to use the stored enchants to enchant new items. When you break the Enchantment Storage you keep the stored enchants.
