In tinkers construct 3, a tool can have a maximum of 3 ability slots or 15 upgrade slots, but if you can craft creative slots and you have enough material, your tools can have unlimited slots.
This mod just add a recipe for the creative ability and creative upgrade in tinkers construct 3.
