Mobs only come out at night if
You can craft wands that have the characteristics of the mobs with the skull that comes out of the mobs that appear. To use the wands, all you have to do is right-click. Additionally, bone spiders can be tamed. All you have to do is right-click with the bone skull that appears when you kill them.
