Beacon Chunkloaders

What don't you get? BEACONS ARE CHUNKLOADERS
That is literally it. Vanilla Beacons are chunkloaders now.

Every chunk with 1+ Beacons has had the command "forceload add * * *" called.
When you remove beacons, "forceload remove * * *" is called respectively.

This is a fork of LexManos' ChunkNoGoByeBye but changed to use Beacons instead.
