Right now it does two things 

 

1. Stops a client/server Potion ID mismatch from causing a client crash. 
2. Aims to clean up the console by removing Numina Console Spam (EG - [WARNING: unlocalizedName is deprecated; please use registryName or itemStackName instead!].
