Island Separator Mod

Island Separator is an extension of mod Skyblock Builder which currently separates the players' inventory on a per-island basis and adds an impassable border between islands.

The flagship use case of this mod is a cooperative pack called The Inventor and their Friends, where multiple independent islands complete milestones in order to gain points to unlock their shared tech tree.

Note: This is not an officially supported Google product.

Features

• A small portion (1% in each direction) of each island is inaccessible as an island border. You will receive a chat message if you reach the border and be unable to continue past it.
• Inventory is localized to each island. Switching islands in any way will swap your inventory to match.
• The /atisland command is available for modpack usage; it silently returns 1 if the command sender is at their own island, and 0 otherwise.

Caveats

• Only the overworld is handled properly right now. Isolated spaces (e.g. Compact Machines) in other dimensions should be fine, but shared dimensions like the Nether and End are likely to cause issues.
• The island border is mostly impassable, but there are unintended ways through it that players may be able to exploit.

This mod is an unofficial version of the original Skyblock Separator Mod. It is intended for use in modpacks and can be downloaded from CurseForge.
