2 Entities added - one spawns naturally and is hunting you down, the other one hunts down the former.
The second entity must be spawned using a block created using chorus flowers.
Neither entity moves when you are looking in its direction (including through walls) however damage can be done in close proximity.
Entities can only be killed by certain natural causes or other entities. Aside from AI, both entities are identical (in damage, defense, etc.)
