Powerup that is craftable using some nether/end items that allows you to teleport a short distance forward.
You can upgrade this item to have a larger radius of effect.
There is a cooldown between uses. Teleportation can move across gaps but is blocked by walls. (The system first searches as far forwards as possible then moves downwards.)
Game mechanic inspired by Dark Deception (a horror game from Glowstick Entertainment).
