Analog Redstone Lamps

This mod adds analog redstone lamps and inverted analog redstone lamps

the difference between them and the vanilla redstone lamps is the light output is only as strong as the received signal, inverted analog redstone lamp outputs light equal to 15 - received redstone signal.
