This can be used as the HUB of a server in the spawn area. There are 3 floors plus a roof that can only be accessed by floating up a waterfall so its a kind of fun secret area while also not being super important to the structure.
The structure was built with the Hanging gardens of Babylon in mind and so was the small fake village surrounding it all.
