Set Bonuses is a simple datapack that adds gives these effects when a player wears a full set of armor:
Full Leather-Speed 2 Jump Boost 1
Full Chainmail- Speed 1
Full Iron- Resistance 1
Full Gold- Haste 2 Strength 1
Full Diamond- Resistance 1 Absorption 2
Full Netherite- Resistance 2 Slowness 1
This is a great tool for modpack devs or just anyone looking to spice up progression. Now, players will consider other overlooked gear sets for certain situations, and OP Netherite now has tradeoffs.
To congifure this look inside the /data/armorbonus/function/check.mcfunction file and edit the specific effects. It works like a command:
/effect give player <minecraft:effect_name> <duration> <amplifier>
