Reset Every Tick the Time that all item-type-entities have whenever they are dropped, so they never reach the 6.000 tick count for being removed (so Age is always equals 0).
To Be Aware:
May or May Not cause Lag, but I'd personally tested (Singleplayer & Server Worlds) and didn't notice any performance difference.
