Better Farming with Hoes

This data pack makes farming using hoes overpowered. When holding a hoe in the offhand it will replant all broken crops, and when in mainhand it will just break. The better the hoe, the bigger radius is broken. For example:

  • Wooden Hoe - 1 block
  • Stone, Copper(1.21.9+) and Golden Hoes - 5 blocks
  • Iron and Diamond hoe - 9 blocks
  • Netherite - 13 blocks

This pack is made to make your farming experience all the more fun! Hope you can get as much fun out of this as I had making it!

How to install data packs

  1. Download the data pack .zip file (do not extract it).
  2. New world: click Data Packs on the world creation screen and drop the .zip in. Existing world: open .minecraft/saves/<world>/datapacks.
  3. Put the .zip into the datapacks folder of the world (servers: world/datapacks).
  4. Run /reload in game (or rejoin the world) and check it with /datapack list.
