This datapack recreates the classic finite world border size from PS3 and Xbox 360 editions by automatically applying an 864x864 block world border the moment your world is created. The border is centered at 0,0, giving you a fully contained map.

There are no commands to run and no setup required after creation. Simply enable the datapack before generating your world, and everything is applied on first load.

Important notes:

  • This does not change the world generation to the old console algorithm
  • The world still uses modern 1.20.1 generation, but within a fixed boundary
  • Compatible with most mods and works in both singleplayer and multiplayer
