A couple alterations and recipe changes meant to make progression more consistient between several different mods.

Uses Quad to modify some behaviors with tags.
Fixes some of create's crushed ores (silver, tungsten, lead) not having melting recipe's in tinker's construct, as well as smelting/blasting recipes.
Uses ruby for netherite smithing upgrades, diamond does enough.

Adds slot variety to accessories that were deemed fitting.

Made to fit a specific modpack, but feel free to use/modify.

Install folder: .minecraft/resourcepacks

How to install resource packs

Download the resource pack .zip file (do not extract it).
In Minecraft open Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder.
Drop the .zip into the resourcepacks folder (.minecraft/resourcepacks).
Move the pack to the Selected column and click Done.
