The 3D model resource pack requires OptiFine 1.11.2 HD U C2 or above.

I created this pack to reskin all the custom items on a server called Octagami's Omniverse. Check it out, the resource pack is built to work on that server!

How to use this resource pack in Minecraft

Resolution: 16x
Minecraft: 1.11.2 – 1.12
Install folder: .minecraft/resourcepacks

How to install resource packs

Download the resource pack .zip file (do not extract it).
In Minecraft open Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder.
Drop the .zip into the resourcepacks folder (.minecraft/resourcepacks).
Move the pack to the Selected column and click Done.
