It makes your hunger bar no longer be changing based on the last food you ate, this might be less intrusive or u dislike how it looks when you eat mixed foods. But either way with this you will need to remember what was the last food you ate yourself.
On the bright side the suddle shin is still kept and acts according to your diet.
