This pack provides example item definitions and models for using Custom Model Data in Minecraft 1.21.4 and beyond.

The examples provided are a mace that can become a bat, and a dirt block that can turn into a hat that can be worn.

How to use this resource pack in Minecraft

Resolution: 16x
Minecraft: 1.21.9 – 26.3
Install folder: .minecraft/resourcepacks

How to install resource packs

Download the resource pack .zip file (do not extract it).
In Minecraft open Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder.
Drop the .zip into the resourcepacks folder (.minecraft/resourcepacks).
Move the pack to the Selected column and click Done.
