Arrows Remastered replaces the vanilla Arrow with a custom 3D model while keeping Minecraft's original art style.
This pack upgrades arrows in every situation:

Why doesn't the arrow change to the Spectral Arrow model when using a bow?
Minecraft's item model system has no access to the player's inventory, meaning it cannot determine which arrow type is currently selected or will be fired.
The game internally decides which arrow to consume only at the exact moment the shot is fired, based on the first valid arrow found in the player's inventory. This logic is handled entirely by Minecraft's internal client/server code and is not exposed to resource packs or item model predicates.
Because of this limitation, the bow always display the regular arrow model while being loaded. However, once the arrow is fired, the correct projectile model (including Spectral and Tipped Arrows) is "rendered" normally.
