XPCraft is a plugin who give XP to 81 Blocks of Minecraft.
You can configure how many XP blocks give to player who brake them.
You can don't make xp on blocks (Just make 0 next to the blocks).
In the config.yml You have the name of blocks and a number,
the number is the number of Experience Orb you want to give to the player who brake the blocs.
Example:
I want to give 5 Experience Orb to the player for break Diamond Ore i put 5 next to DiamondOre.

You have only one command she's: /xpcraft
She's a reload command she reload the config of you're plugin only and not all the server
