VoteBan gives your regular players a way to deal with rule-breakers when staff aren't around. Instead of just waiting for an admin to show up, players can start a vote to kick, mute, or ban someone. It uses your existing punishment commands, so it will work with any setup you already have.

VOTEBAN.STARTBAN: Allows the player to initiate a vote to ban others.
VOTEBAN.STARTKICK: Allows the player to initiate a vote to kick others.
VOTEBAN.STARTMUTE: Allows the player to initiate a vote to mute others.
VOTEBAN.VOTE: Allows the player to participate in active votes using /addvote.
VOTEBAN.STOPCHAT: (Required if stop-chat is enabled in config) Allows the user to trigger a chat lockdown during a vote.
