Really not all that much to it.
This Plugin lets players leash zombie and skeleton horses.
Annoyed me on my server for my friends and me, so I made this quick fix, thought maybe some of you want to use it to.
1.16 Update:
The underlying bug was fixed, and skeleton horses can now be leashed without any issue. I recommend not running this on 1.16 servers.
