If you are using Towny and LWC, when a plot with locked blocks is unclaimed or cleared with /plot clear, it leaves what I call 'ghost' locks behind.
LWC does a good job of removing these when you ask it to, but this small plugin removes you having to ask it!

When a town plot is unclaimed or cleared, the blocks that are locked will be unlocked. Say goodbye to ghost blocks!

Features:

• No more phantom blocks
  
• Notify the player whos locks were broken into! (If they are online)
