I will be releasing the source code to this plugin before the 1.2 update simply because, I will need help implementing the TimedOp feature. After I get that feature finished, I will be declaring the development stage as "mature". I do have a few more ideas that I would like to implement but plugin development is almost done. I will also be updating the plugin so a permission manager won't be required.
Planned Features
Allow an Owner to give a Player OP for a specified amount of time
Add a config.yml file
Add a option in the config.yml to list player names that are allowed to use the /toggleop command
