TheSigns is a plugin that give to players information. You can change information by config.yml.
Config.yml is a file that gives information to plugin. Plugin take information from config.yml and send it to console. Config.yml can be changed only from TheSigns file!
Config.yml:

Then type type at first line of sign Sign-1-2-3-4-5 of your config and then right click. It would show you Msg1-2-3-4-5 of config
Colors only for messages not for signs!

SignBuilds can be changed if you want. You can set motd to false if you don't want it.

How to install?
Download jar file
Place it to your plugins file
(Re)Start your server

Commands:
/thesigns - Showing commands of TheSigns
/thesigns log - Showing changelog of TheSigns
/thesigns ver - Showing version of TheSigns
/thesigns list - Showing signs list of config.yml
