Texture Pack Link

I've made a really simple plugin that pretty much, you type /texturepacklink and it tells the player the link that is specified in the config.yml. Works with 1.6.4! 1.1 now allows you to type /texturepacklink, /texturepack, and /tpl to see the link. 1.2 now allows you to type /resourcepacklink, /resourcepack, and /rpl to see the link. 1.3 now allows you to do /texturepacklink reload.
