Teleporters is a simple Minecraft plugin that lets users create, link, and use teleporter pads in-game.
A teleporter pad consists of a obsidian/glazed purple terracotta block and a light/heavy weighted pressure plate (any combination works).
GIFs are provided below, showcasing the linking process and teleporting (press shift on the pressure plate to teleport).
