SteveChat is a comprehensive chat-management plugin, which adds features such as channels and custom message formats, as well as providing easy-to-use moderation commands. SteveChat is designed to be fast, using a caching system to ensure that all the data it needs to access is available immediately, which has the added benefit of ensuring true thread-safety. Possibly one of the most useful features, however, is tab-completion, which is fully context-aware!

Installation
- Download SteveChat.jar and save it to your plugins folder
- (Recommended) Install Vault to enable extra format codes
- Start your server - this should generate the default configuration
- Configure your settings and channels as required
- Adjust your users' and groups' permissions
- Enjoy your new formatted chat!
