SpeedBoat - Speed up your Boats!

This Plugin allows you to make Boats faster.
Start sailing with your Boat and type "/sb [number]" into the Chat.
The Acceleration and Max. Speed of the Boat will be raised.
You can also use /sbb [number] and press shift to boost the boat.
