Soaroma Captcha

Soaroma captcha, is a simple captcha plugin, upon joining the user will be met with a simple message.
"Type /captcha <code> to play the server"
The user that joined will be prohibited from moving or sending messages until they enter the captcha.
This plugin is completely configurable to suit your server
Permissions
SoaromaVY.bypass (Should only be given to users who should bypass verification)
Extra Information
Some configuration variables are self-explanatory from the names
Verification is only done once unless "captcha-each-time-on-login" is set to true
chars-on-verify are the characters that could be used within the code that is sent to the joining player
char-length is the length of the code and this code is randomized using characters from chars-on-verify that will be given to the player upon joining
Note that when players are in the server and the plugin is reloaded, all online players within the server is put into a one-time-session verification to prevent errors within the plugin, restarting is recommended than reloading
