A plugin that automatically starts a vote for: skipping the night, or turning off rain/thunder.
Commands
For everyone
/vote — open the voting menu.
/vote help — show help.
/vote yes [rain|night] — vote yes.
/vote no [rain|night] — vote no.
/vote status — see which votes are currently active.
/vote info — show your vote weight and the current voting mode.
If votes for both night and rain are active at the same time, it's best to specify the type — rain or night.
For admins
/vote reload — reload config.yml.
/vote start <rain|night> — manually start a vote.
/vote config show — show current settings.
/vote config set <parameter> <value> — change a setting and save it immediately.
/vote privilege add <name> — add a player to the privileged list.
/vote privilege remove <name> — remove a player from the privileged list.
/vote privilege list — show the list of privileged players.
/vote privilege setweight <name> <weight> — set a custom weight for a player.
/vote privilege clearweight <name> — remove a player's custom weight.
Permissions
rainnight.use — basic access to /vote (default: true for everyone).
rainnight.admin — full admin access (default: only for operators).

enabled — enable or disable this type of vote.
trigger-chance — the chance to trigger a vote as a percentage (0 to 100).
Voting Rules

duration-seconds — how long the vote lasts in seconds.

voted_majority — only counts players who actually voted (yes vs no).
default_yes — players who didn't vote are counted as "yes".

allow-without-votes — whether to skip the event if no one voted.
