You can setup a special option for minecraft products: Check if the buyer is online on your server while buying your product, here is an example of a case where someone tries to claim the product that he just bought but he is not connected to the minecraft server while claiming it:
As you can see the product can't be clamed if the player isn't online on the server while claiming it.
