As there are currently many server owners are interested in an own / say Kommand to have and I am not yet come across such a plugin I thought I needed to build a plugin that changes the / say command

your server needs java plugin 7 for the
Commands:
/say
Permissions: - SayChanger.say for /say
Installation: To install, place the SayChanger.jar file in the Bukkit plugin folder directory and run the server.
