Ever wanna talk to a player about a grief or something important ?
They ignore you or run away, you teleport em back, they leave ect....
This little gem will teleport them to you locking the player there and limit their view.
They are Stuck till you release them.
IF they go to spawn or home they still cant move till you release them.
You can still resend command to bring them back either way they are stuck till you release them.
(will block those commands in future update)
/rh <player name >
Teleports and locks them in place.
/rhr < player name>
Releases the player.
isAdmin.on
Unzip file and copy to CraftBukkit plugins folder.
Setup your permissons
Start/reload server.
Be sure to check out BanTracker a very good choice to go with this plugin.
This plugin uses Mcstats PluginMetrics.
If you wish to disable Metrics go to the plugin metrics folder and change opt_out to true.
Keep in mind plugin coders use this to track usage and features.
If its disabled It doesn't look as if its used much.
So a feature or perhaps the entire plugin may be discontinued.
