You need a MySQL database and a CloudSystem / Plugin which will reset the world after each restart. I recommend the plugin EasyMapReset.

Vor ungefähr einem Jahr im Juli 2017 habe ich erstmals dieses Plugin auf SpigotMC veröffentlicht und jetzt ist es leicht überarbeitet wieder da es wird auch wieder Updates erhalten. Ich wünsche dir viel Spaß damit

Bitte melde Bugs sofort im "Discussion" Tab damit ich sie frühzeitig beheben kann. Du musst aber auch Verständnis dafür aufbringen das ich noch andere Dinge zu tun habe außer dieses Plugin zu entwickeln.
