Someone on a forum was complaining that Essentials's warp would take you to the center of the block you were on when you set it. I decided to make a plugin that will take you to precise coords instead of block coords.
Permissions:
precisetp.warp - Access to /warp
precisetp.setwarp - Access to /setwarp
precisetp.delwary - Access to /delwarp
precisetp.listwarps - Allows the user to see a list of the warps if no warp was passed when doing /warp
