This plugin was made for my 1.5.2 modded server and I decided to make it public. So if you still have server on 1.5.2 version, you can use it :))

Commands:
/playsound <sound> [player] [volume] [pitch] - Plays sound to a player.
/soundlist - Display long list with all available sounds.
Example:
/playsound PIG_DEATH - Plays sound 'PIG_DEATH' to executor player (If executor is console, you must specify the player)
/playsound NOTE_PLING MarcusCZ - Plays sound 'NOTE_PLING' to player 'MarcusCZ'
Permissions:
playsound.playsound - Allows to use /playsound command
playsound.soundlist - Allows to use /soundlist command
