PlayerAttributes was requested by a user of the Bukkit Forums, so I made it.
Please note that this plugin utilizes the PlayerMoveEvent. On servers with alot of players or very small amounts of RAM, this may cause lag.
Commands:
/attribute - Displays your attributes and their levels (from 0% to 100%)
/attribute reset <player> - Resets a player's attributes
/attribute set <speed/acrobatics/endurance> <Number (from 0.00 to 100)> <player> - Set a player's attribute level.
Permissions:
attributes.admin - Allows /attribute reset and /attribute set

Attributes:
Speed - Slowly makes you faster. You become faster by sprinting. The more you sprint, the faster you get.
Acrobatics - Allows you to jump higher. At 50%, you can jump 2 blocks. At 100%, you can jump 3 blocks. You improve this by jumping.
Endurance - Gives you extra hearts. At 0%, you have 6 hearts. At 100%, you have 20 hearts. Every 3.5(ish)% you get another half heart.
Known Issues:
- Not compatible with Essentials' /speed command. (Might fix)
