Summary

Ever wanted to troll your friends, or get a message out but as another player? This plugin allows anyone with OP or the permission line to send chat messages as another player (Certain Target) If the targeted player is not online (/ps <targetplayer> <message>) then simply nothing will happen. If the target player is online then whatever is in the <message> will be sent out coming from the "targetplayer"
